You will see I reviewed in 2018. I was thrilled with IORA. I am still very happy with their care once I get to the office. However, I totally agree with Bill F.'s comments regarding the nightmare that exists in actually getting to talk to someone at the office. I used to call the office and it was answered by someone at 32nd & Greenway. Now, when I call that same number, it is answered by someone located heaven knows where (they won't tell me where they are when I ask) and they take my number and someone is supposed to call back. Uh, I have blocks on my phone to weed out spam calls. When I told them that, their response was "Well, turn off the blocker".... read full review
My husband and I both go to Dr. Underwood and our Health Coach Resha. Both are professional and easy to talk to . Dr. Underwood is a listening doctor which I really love. I would go where ever she practices. It doesn’t matter what side of town she is on. I travel fifty five minutes to get to her office.
I've been a patient for a few years, going back to when they were called iora. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive for an appointment. I usually get a full hour with the doctor and life coaches. The staff is friendly and efficient. They do blood draws in the office, and do a great job.
