This organization does not follow industry best-practices. They cannot onboard your company properly and will not equip their team to support you according to your needs and expectations. They are abusive to their customers and their employees, using words like "ret*rded" and "g*y" to describe them. Their website is not secure and has been compromised in the past. Turnover is out of control and they are not taking time to correctly train or assess new staff, multiple large projects have completely failed due to this. They do not pay their employees properly nor do they pay all what is owed when an employee departs. Company leadership's expectations are completely unrealistic and not at all aligned with customer's service level agreements or their invoice rates. This organization is not listed with the BBB or even on Glassdoor and there is definitely a reason for that. If exploring as a service provider or employer: AVOID.

InVision is very professional and easy to work with! Get the work done, feedback from others in the company when they come out to support end users is they are quick and very knowledgeable!!!

I had lost most of my business information- was beyond panic. Called Invision and was given Phil. He was amazing and GRATEFUL, and THANKFUL are not big enough words. They did what they said they would. They responded in a timely manner and had great communication- this is hard to find now a days.
