I can say without a doubt IMS had outdone themselves with their willingness and generosity to help me with a knowingly very very small order in comparison to the size orders they handle regularly. They had outdone themselves! I can say without a doubt it had been the best customer service I have ever had in my lifetime. They went out of their way to make good on a bad situation I had with a stainless product I purchased from them. Hats off to all of the management as well as Joanthan in web sales for making such a recovery. There still is awesome customer service out there. I'm definitely a customer for life!

My go-to for all things metal related. Their new store (2023) is certainly a step up from their old location, however, their remnant section (where I typically go first to source metals for projects) has significantly less material than their previous location, which I am assuming is due to this being a new location and therefor it has less available product for remnants.

Always excellent service this is truley a mans man type of place to shop for all you small and large steel projects.welding tools too.Now they are moving to a new location 2.5 times bigger I think my heads going to explode on this one? no really very professional and friendly service.
