About Industrial Metal Supply Co.
Industrial Metal Supply Co. (IMS) is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the Southwest region since 1948. With almost half a million square feet of warehouse space and six stores located in Los Angeles, Irvine, San Diego, Riverside, Phoenix, and Tucson, IMS offers the broadest line of metals available from a single distributor.
IMS is known for its total focus on customer needs and exceptional customer service. Customers praise the company's willingness to help, even with small orders, and its ability to resolve issues promptly. The new store location, which is 2.5 times larger than the previous one, is considered a step up, although the remnant section has less material available compared to the old location.
Customers describe IMS as a "man's man type of place" for all their small and large steel projects, welding tools, and more. The service is consistently excellent, with the staff being professional and friendly.

I've had consistently great experiences with Industrial Metal Supply. They stock a wide variety of materials, and their team is always professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Orders are handled efficiently, and the quality of the materials has always met or exceeded my expectations. Whether you're purchasing for commercial work, manufacturing, fabrication, or personal projects, this is the place to shop. Excellent service and a company that truly values its customers. Highly recommended.
