The builders Richmond American Homes contracted the electric with IES and made an appointment with them after I filled my warranty claim. IES called me for a heads up - great manners and courtesy. IES came out within 48 hours, and Rick was great. He replaced the GFCI breaker with an AFCI+GFCI combo breaker. Haven’t had a problem since! Rick even gave me his personal contact if I needed to follow up, and recommended me a home inspector for my 1 year. Positive experience and pleasure meeting Rick.

We've had them come out to do some electrical work. They were sub-contracted by KB Homes. They were professional but I wouldn't say friendly which if fine. As long as the work is proficient.TIMELINESS: Of the three times, they came on time once. Unfortunately, they give you a four window so you can't leave the house to run errands. We were given an 8-12 window and asked for a 30 minute heads up call before arrival. Tiffany O. the admin assistant, assured us they would. The tech didn't arrive until 10:15AM and did not give us a call as requested. As I "tried" to explain to Tiffany, if we are scheduled between 8-12, then shouldn't we be the first stop?
