Run!!!! I prepaid for 3 months of Trimpax for my anticipated weight loss. I filled out a medical questionnaire that was supposed to be reviewed by Dr. Villares. I was told that weight loss would be between 10 lbs to 30 lbs within the first week as evidenced by the office staff. This Trimpax was offered online to be mailed out. Since I was in the Phoenix area at the time, I wanted to go pick it up to get a visual for legitimacy. I was hesitant because there was only myself and one office person in what was supposed to be a busy plastic surgeon, Dr. Villares, office. I also received a sheet of paper with a sample diet and I was weighed by the office perso. I should have walked away!!! Being desperate to lose weight , I decided to give it a try. I was given what was supposed to be the medications in blister packs for one month . I wondered why they don't just give you the prescriptions to go pick the meds up at a pharmacy??? After 12 days, I still saw no results so I reached out to the doctors office. The office staff person told me to take all of the meds as advised. After another week, with still no result, I asked for my money back. My request was repeatedly refused! I then looked up Dr Villares on the AZ medical board and found disturbing reviews. I asked many more times for my money back. I finally took it up with my credit card company who credited my account while I continued to request my money refunded from the company. Finally, they gave me a partial refund for the months of meds that I had not yet received. I took a picture of the Phentermine and showed it to my nurse practitioner upon arriving home. I was told that The picture does not look like the 37.5 mg tablet that I should have received. It's close but not the same shape??? Also, my stools do not compare with those that are from someone taking Oralstat? I am hoping that I get to keep the entire refund! No results after 1 month! I am now getting a Phentermine Rx from my nurse practitioner at home. Save your time and money!

Very friendly staff, always informative and they genuinely want the best for the patients. That is very hard to find now a days. I have had Botox with Dr. Alex and have been working on my weight loss with their help, true professionalism.

Dr. Villares & his staff exceeded my expectations. Not only were they professional and reactive, they made sure my procedure went according to plan, on time and tended my every need. There were no complications and the result continues to show itself. I found him by googling "least expensive gastric sleeve" as my insurance excluded all bariatric procedures. My win! I go back once a month for a B12 shot, fat analysis and consultation, as follow-up to my procedure.I recommend Dr. Villares & his staff to anyone wanting a professional and positive outcome.
