It has been a year since in January 2023 Ideal Air installed a new heat pump, all new ductwork, performed air sealing and added some insulation. It was an investment in my home that I am so grateful for. I learned so much about HVAC and why my oversized unit and crappy old swamp cooler ducts were part of the problem in my home. The comfort level of my home is like night & day from before & my APS bills have gone down. Every single month my bills are lower and that doesn't even reflect that the bills in 2022 reflect us jumping the thermostat to time itself with our APS time of use plan, keeping the thermostat at barely tolerable levels. Eric and his team have a great work ethic, good communication and were on time! Very professional and courteous. They prepped the areas to protect the home from the insulation debris. They do quality work with proper installation and a timely cleanup. Our house is now fully insulated from the heat and cold. I look forward to the energy savings. Thanks guys!
