I went in over a year ago on a Workers Comp claim. It took several months for them to stop billing me for the visit and bill the WC insurance. Now we are more than a year past the service and low and behold another bill.. These people are so incompetent when it comes to billing. I really cant complain about the care that I got but the billing department is nothing but a bunch of idiots that could not find their way out of a wet paper bag.

I went in for a visit because I had swollen lymph nodes my throat that had been sore. I went in, they tested me for strep which I was negative, told me I had tonsil stones, and then said I should contact my doctor, and if I couldn't get in within a few days I should go to the emergency room because of the swelling. They billed my insurance $361 dollars which I have to pay most of because my deductible is so high. I went to my doctors, they diagnosed me with tonsillitis and that the "tonsil stones' were actually signs of an infection or irritation. They gave me a steroid and an antibiotic and I was fine the next day. I'm billed this after an incompetent moron did absolutely nothing for me and then had to go pay more money to go my primary care. I would never go back to Honor Health again. It also pisses me off there is no pricing at all for a visit. I've never paid this much for an Urgent Care visit even when I paid cash! Screw this place! Basically just stealing money and providing no care. Physicians are complete imbeciles and the visit is a complete rip off! There should be transparency on pricing.

Came in for possible broken thumb. Excellent service and quality personnel. They are prompt and thorough. Was in and out in 30 minutes but it was first thing in the morning. Highly recommend.

I come to this urgent care regularly as it is the closest one that my insurance covers. It is never busy, in fact there is usually 2-3 people in the waiting room at most. That being said, every time I have come to this urgent care I wait in the lobby for AT LEAST 30 minutes every time. At my most recent visit I sat in the EMPTY lobby for 45+ minutes before someone called me back to be seen.

I hate going to the doctor more than anything. Every single person at this location was amazing- the PA that helped me (Wright) was the absolute best pa/doctor I've ever dealt with anywhere.

I have been going to this location for years. I have found excellent customer service, nice ambiance, minimal wait times, and a lab on site. Doctors and nurses are professional and competent.

The best urgent care experience I've ever had. I've been here twice, my husband once, and my mother once. Every time the staff at the front has been kind and fast. The wait has been super short every time and the doctors are efficient and helpful. It's honestly the best urgent care experience I've ever had.

I had sinus and ear pain. My vitals were taken and provider looked at my ear and throat. Nothing was said and I was out the door with a prescription for antibiotics and steroids. Always something I want to avoid taking if possible. No information was provided to me, she didn't tell me how ear looked? Like ear canal and tympanic membrane? No mention of fluid behind my ear or weird growth inside? No tests for anything...Covid? Flu? RSV? It was really disappointing not to understand my diagnosis or have an explaination. Did my insurance just pay for a visit and nothing was provided to me but meds? If you want a quick fix it, this may be the place. If you care about your health, stay away. The experience at the front was disappointing as well. I was the only one there, so no excuse for a busy clinic. They asked about what pharmacy I pick up at. This was not communicated to the back folks who called it in. So, my meds were routed to the wrong place. It was such a pain to deal with because the other pharmacy had to cancel and reverse the billing. I waited for 2 hours for their mistake to be corrected. I think they were more concerned about chatting at the front than good service. The MA was great though. I will not be back

Nothing honorable about HonorHealth. This is a racket. I've been fighting a $200 bill for 15 months. After their "self-review",not surprised that they found in their own favor. We took our son in for a COVID test in Aug of 2021. They put us in line for testing along with many others. Called us back, administered the test, and here's where it gets dicey-- they took his vitals. Right there that is why they are billing us. We were never asked if we wanted a medical visit but we clearly asked for a COVID test, nothing else. Billed $200 after insurance adjustments.
