The facility was clean in the lobby, and online check-in made the process quick. There was a bit of a wait, but staff was attentive, kind, and caring. The nurse practitioner did a good job and was extremely thorough. Online access to personal health records is available.
This location was extremely clean, efficient and I was very happy with the care I received. I was only in the building for around 20 minutes and was seen and prescribed the necessary treatment. Will absolutely keep in mind for future needs. Thank you!
I was seen right away and the staff and a PA were amazing. Got me in and out of there with my meds called in and on my way to recovery. Would definitely recommend this urgent Care. Hopefully I won't have to come back so often. I want to remain healthy .LOL Thanks for everything.
Scheduled apt online through MyChart. This location was great, the staff at the front desk were outstanding and spent the time to figure out my insurance, which is always a little bit tricky with TRICARE. The MA was great and the provider, NP Lisa was also fantastic. Great waiting room with spaced furniture. They were very expeditious and I made it there and to my first meeting at 8 AM on time with the care I needed to continue on the day. Will visit this location again next time.
