We recently completed a major renovation project on our 1920s bungalow that included a complete gut of the kitchen and dining room, a refurbishment of garage exterior, and several additional projects ranging from plumbing lines to fireplace refacing and exterior painting. The project required coordination of every major trade and sub-contractor, all of whom were seamlessly managed by our on-site project manager. Steve helped me renovate (full kitchen and two baths) my historic home. I had a very set budget to manage to and he was creative in how to approach the project. He always was responsive and communicative. I was extremely happy with his service, work and collaboration.
After many years of consideration we finally decided to remodel our home—kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and new flooring throughout. Sheila came up with some creative design ideas for making the most of our kitchen space as well as other areas.
