Sam and Home Nice Remodeling have been fantastic to work with during our North Central Phoenix whole home remodeling 2023-2024 and added projects in 2025. Sam is very open and honest about what to expect and what he can do. We appreciated him meeting us in person to walk our home, take 3D pictures/model and meet with subcontractors to help in the design and construction process. Sam and his crew were timely, efficient and finished the project on-time, as priced and the work was professionally done. Sam, himself, did all of the design which looks terrific on paper and in reality. I couldn't be more pleased.
We used Sam and his team at Home Nice Remodeling for updating our kitchen, secondary bath, tile flooring throughout much of the house, widening openings in walls and painting the interior of the home. Sam's team and his business partners (sub-contractors) where a pleasure to work with. Sam's team did a "bang-up job" on the demo and other items they were tasked with. Contractors for the most part showed up when they said they would and if they were delayed on another job they would let us know ahead of time and give us a new date.
