As always happens, our AC went out in the middle of the blazingly hot Arizona summer. We called Heydorn AC in the evening and they were able to come out the very next morning to diagnose. Bruce and Justin showed up right on time and did the most thorough inspection our HVAC system has ever had. They found that besides our condenser going out that the builder had never installed our drain pan at the correct angle, which was shorting out the system, a problem that two other companies never noticed (or if they did, never bothered to fix). I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!
