I've had Bruce and Justin service our AC units and am 100% satisfied with their expertise, service, and price. I've called and had them out within a few hours, which is critical in this area. Yesterday, might East unit did not seem to come on and the house was warming. Justin came out within 3 hours, opened the panel, found a burnt, and lose, wire and replaced and updated the capacitor. Unit came on as soon as shunt replaced. Repair completed within 10 minutes from arrival. I've not been "sold" on any new parts/upgrades like typical AC techs. I'll add that I had a tech from the original installation company come out, he said I needed to replace two fans and a capacitor and wanted near 4,000 dollars. I called Bruce, recommended by my sister, he was out same day. His inspection showed nothing wrong with fans and capacitor within range. Honest to the core. They fix what needs fixing and recommend when needed. The price is very fair. My sister has used them for over 20 years and highly recommends.
As always happens, our AC went out in the middle of the blazingly hot Arizona summer. We called Heydorn AC in the evening and they were able to come out the very next morning to diagnose. Bruce and Justin showed up right on time and did the most thorough inspection our HVAC system has ever had. They found that besides our condenser going out that the builder had never installed our drain pan at the correct angle, which was shorting out the system, a problem that two other companies never noticed (or if they did, never bothered to fix).
