Louis cleaned my AC unit and improved its efficiency, reattached the upstairs ductwork, and discussed relocating our thermostat using wireless technology at my request. Most importantly, he listened and engaged with my questions about improving the temperature of our second floor. And smiled!! Great experience.
First, I was impressed with CSR last evening. That is the main reason I went with ACE. She showed concern for my safety.
Second, the technician Rene was very respectful, patient, and professional.
Third, my overall feeling of honesty shown both from CSR last night and from technician Rene. I felt comfortable and in good hands.
Our technician, Daniel G, had our home cooling again within 45 minutes! An electrical short caused our Carrier heat pump to go down. Daniel worked smartly and professionally to get us cooling down quickly. Kudos to Daniel and Ace Home Services!
