I just got off the phone with Brad, the Director of Operations. He gave me the opportunity to voice my frustrations about the project and openly acknowledged that mistakes were made. I truly appreciate his honesty, and I understand that errors can happen. What mattered most was that Brad agreed I should have been kept informed throughout the process, so I had clear expectations instead of being left in the dark searching for answers.

After my conversation with Brad, I felt reassured. He stood with me, validated my concerns, and worked with me to find a resolution, instead of brushing it off with a “mistakes happen” attitude.
