Terrible service! I called 2-3 years ago and no one returned my call. I called again yesterday and finally got a call back and was asked for a power of attorney for my deceased mom. The gentleman asked I call back and ask for the manager after 1pm. I would think if he can’t help me he’d get his manager to call me but no I’m to calm his manager Erin Sanchez after 1pm.
Update: 09/25 I spoke to the manager Erin, she was GREAT. She let me know everything I needed. She apologized for my experience. I am totally modifying my first review since she made it all better. Erin is a wonderful leader!! I’m very impressed. Thank you!

They made my hisband look so good.. the serenity hall was the perfect size for our large family.. Rae was absolutely awesome and made the process very easy. She never pushed me to make decisions on the spot... and made sure I had everything ready when I got there..
