They are the real deal. I have been at my present business location since 2016 with over 250 reviews, I own a plumbing company. Out of the blue I got my GMB account suspended even though I have signage, my own office space and mail box from USPS and being at my present location over 8 years. I was shocked and so I tried to get the business going again and I filled out the appeals thing google provides and after 4 business day all I saw as "Submitted". My GBP got suspended when I added a manager to my account. Google deemed it as suspicious activity. I tried to get my profile re-instated on my own but to no avail.
