I was referred to Nancy Giles by a real estate attorney. Our licensed general contractors allowed a subcontractor they didn't know very well to grind and seal our concrete floors. The sub claimed to have experience with grinding/sealing concrete but the results made it clear that he did not (see attached pictures). Our GC claimed we were just being unreasonable and began the process of putting a lien on our home for the remaining amount due after we refused to pay it.

She has been an expert in helping our legal needs. What sets here team above others is that they are like therapists.
