My husband recently went blind from a stroke. We purchased a pair of the meta glasses. They quit working. We were able to get them replaced but did not know how to connect them to his phone. I called Gen Tech because they were near us. The were AMAZING!! They told me to come right over. Caden was very patient with us old people. He had them connected quickly. I am so thankful to find tech support in our neighborhood. I would highly recommend them!!

And no pressure the young kids know what to do and get it taken care of. I keep going back and have been for years.
