I called Scott at Geeks in Phoenix after a previous computer company did a lot of work on my computer because I was getting BSOD almost every day, and they basically didn't fix anything. Scott ran a diagnostic on my computer and noticed the fan was not cooling the compter well enough. He determined that the fan was probably the cause of the BSOD, replaced the fan, increased the RAM and SSD size (at my suggestion, not his--no upselling here!) and voila, everything was fixed. He is an Intel certified expert, he listens to his customers, and he gets things done. His pricing is fair and he is extremely responsive. Doesn't do any unnecessary work, and he is upfront and honest. He runs a great business and I will use him again if I have any issues in the future.
