JUSTIN & SHANNON ARE BOTH EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE & SUPER KIND-HEARTED PEOPLE! I THINK THE BEST WAY FOR ME TO SUM IT UP IS, IF I OWNED A COMPANY, I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY WANT BOTH OF THEM WORKING FOR ME, JUST FOR THE SHEER FACT, HOW FANTASTIC THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE! Shannon in the office was great. She spent countless hours on the phone with Lennox straightening out a glitch in our AC warranty. Once she was successful, Justin came out the same day to install our new AC coil. Their quote for the work was more than reasonable and I would highly recommend Foster. They really went above and beyond any contractor I've ever worked with. Great company!!
