Wonderful experience! Shannon was wonderful to chat with and got us scheduled right away. Justin was just as awesome and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I’m so thankful our neighbors recommended Froster Mechanical!
I’d been having multiple issues with my AC and Foster mechanical was recommended to me. Shannon was so kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She made sure Justin could come check out my AC as soon as was possible. When Justin came out he thoroughly checked everything and was also very personable and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. Both she and Justin clearly explained what the issues were and what my options were in a way that never felt like they were trying to upsell. I really appreciate their straight forward honest approach and would recommend them to anyone having issues with their AC!
