I had Kaitlin come do the inspection and quote. She made sure I understood what was wrong and what the work would be. Nick was the project manager and he started in contact enough for me to feel comfortable. I dealt with Rachel in billing. The crews that came out made sure I understood what they were going to be doing. I was very satisfied with the communication and work. I don't know how it's going to affect my energy bill as I did the work before moving in but I'm sure there's going to be a decrease just based on the duck work that was done and the amount of insulation that was added.

Jen has been great to work with. Her report was very thorough & she took the time to help with all the paperwork so we could qualify for extra rebates. She didn’t rush us through the process. I’m really looking forward to fixing my messed up insulation and duct work. 5 stars!

Jen was great: profession, efficient, direct. Answered all our questions and anticipated questions and issues we didn’t even know to ask. She was transparent and comprehensive with the informational provided. She was all this while still being personable, cordial and pleasant. She understood our concerns and didn’t pressure us into making uncomfortable decisions.
