“As a Wedgewood Wedding couple at Stonebridge Manor, we went with the recommended floral vendor, Stem Swag, and while the flowers themselves turned out beautiful on the day of our wedding, the overall experience was more challenging than we expected.

The final designs photographed nicely and matched our general color palette, which we appreciated. However, the planning and communication process required a lot of follow-up on our end. There were delays in receiving updates, multiple rounds of clarification needed to correct details in the creative deck, and some confusion around pricing changes that caused unnecessary stress during wedding planning. While issues were eventually resolved, it often took persistence and outside coordination from our vendor (Stonebridge Manor) to get there.

On the wedding day itself, the stems on both the bridal bouquet and bridesmaids’ bouquets were much longer than we expected and had to be cut down by our photographer before photos, which was an unexpected detail to manage in the moment.

We also felt limited in the level of collaboration and transparency when it came to the floral selections, which made it harder to feel fully confident in the process leading up to the wedding.

Overall, Stem Swag delivers lovely florals, but the experience did not feel as seamless or supportive as we had hoped for such an important event. With improved communication and clearer expectations upfront, this could be a much stronger experience for couples.“
