I called to make an appointment because I had a broken fan, Bryan asked if I wanted to do some troubleshooting first. He figured out my problem over the phone incredibly quickly and my fan is now working! He didn't charge me a thing! Talk about putting the customer first. What integrity that he didn't try to just immediately send someone to my house and charge me a service fee for an easy fix. I couldn't be more impressed!
They’re called fan doctors for a reason. They are amazing professionals. We had an older Casablanca model that stopped working. They were able to quickly replace the receiver and the wall controller and fixed the fan back as good as new. Jake was very professional, thorough and patient as he went through the repair. When putting it back he found that the flywheel was bad and came back the next day to replace that as well. Very satisfied with the job they did. And would seek their services again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend them!
Brian was extremely helpful in locating me a replacement light for my Minka aire fan. The light itself was difficult to find however Brian was able to locate and order it. When i replaced the light and my remote was not working he helped me reset it. Brian was knowledgeable and his customer service was awesome.
