At Family VetCare, clients are valued and appreciated as pet parents, and their pets are cared for like the staff's own. The veterinarians and staff are kind, courteous, and caring, going the extra mile to understand and address clients' concerns. They listen to clients, explain procedures clearly, and provide follow-up care. Dr. Matt Metcalfe is a down to earth, nice & professional man. His easygoing personality puts you at ease. The staff is welcoming & made us feel very comfortable. They were so kind and compassionate.
So I completely goofed up and blanked out on our first appointment, which requires the deposit, and they were so unbelievably kind and let me come in late. When I got there they had everything ready. The vet was so kind and my dogs both loved him. So glad we found this incredibly kind group of people that so obviously love the animals as much as the owners.
This place really pulled through for my pup today! My 12 month old great dane got attacked last night and when my original appointment today got canceled at another clinic, I called this place and they got us in within 30 minutes. When I got there, they really listened to all of my concerns and made sure my dog got the best care. The most friendly and transparent veterinary experience I have had. They made sure my dog was not stressed during any part of this. Everything was very reasonably priced as well. This place is going to be my go to for my pup for life now. I highly recommend checking this place out. I can't say enough good things. Thank you Dr Cope and team!
This is where my family has been taking our pets since 2008 or 2009. We moved away recently but it is also where we boarded our cats and euthanized our 18 year old puggle. The only negative I have with Family Pet Care is the pricing. We knew that there were better rates available elsewhere but this particular location was less than a half a mile from our home. We do wish them success in the future. Very nice people.
