I took my little guy here and his first appointment was absolutely amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful, and put our minds at ease, even keeping my little guy calm. Dr Reed and her assistant, Reba both were fantastic and I am so glad we found this place. I highly recommend to anyone needing a specialist! They were so great in helping me understand what was going on with my dogs eye.
Dr Reed and her team are amazing. I was able to quickly get an appointment. They did require a deposit at the time we scheduled, as i expected from other experience with other specialists, it was a portion of the exam fee and was applied to my fees today when we checked out.
Smooth check-in process with my forms available online to complete before arriving. The front staff was welcoming and we were quickly roomed by one of the nurses.
Reba and Kara were great with my puppy and made sure he stayed stress free and happy the whole visit.

From the friendly front desk staff, to the amazing techs who handled my nervous dog expertly, to Dr. Reed herself who did a great job explaining what was going on in terms I could understand it was an amazing experience.
I left feeling amazing about the comprehensive eye exam that was done, knowledgeable about eyes, and confident in the treatment plan for my dog. Not to mention much calmer than when I walked in because my questions were answered and concerns from googling before the appointment addressed.
I would not hesitate to bring my dog back and would strongly recommend Eyeshine!
