Just took our younger Australian Shepherd to Eyeshine today. We received the same outstanding service as with our other Aussie back in May. Dr. Reed and her staff provide the best experience for dogs from initially walking in the door through diagnosis and treatment. Once again, a complete explanation. Eyeshine gets my highest recommendation.
Dr.Reed and her team were great.The waiting room was nicely decorated.Feels like we were in someone's living room,Dr.Reed was able to explain my dog's eye condition using an ipad which is easier to understand than difficult medical terms.Instead of worrying about his eye condition,I made a good decision.Piece of mind is worth a million. .Thank you Dr.Reed.
It is too bad that ratings only go to a 5. We would rate Eyeshine Veterinary a 10!!! We recently took our poodle to Eyeshine Veterinary for a second opinion, after we were told that he would have to have his eye surgically removed. Prior to this first visit, we were unaware that there even was a specialty for animal ophthamology. Wow! Our ophthamologist was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Her support team were all great. We were so impressed with the facility, the team approach to patient care, the time they took with us, and the plan going forward. Bottom line - EYE SAVED!!! We definitely recommend Eyeshine Veterinary!
