All the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite an insurance issue, they were patient and willing to assist me. Jaylah, (I’m so sorry if I misspelled all the names), was very friendly and helpful. Their manager, Keslea, is also proactive and friendly. She immediately addressed my insurance concerns and communicated with the higher authorities to expedite my exam. I was 30 minutes behind my appointment, but they still accommodated me. 10/10 Experience! I recently visited Eyeglass World in Arizona this past weekend, and my experience was absolutely amazing! My glasses broke the day before my vacation, and I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to enjoy my trip to Scottsdale. Thankfully, I found this store on Google that offered same-day prescription glasses and decided to give them a call.
I spoke with Kenny (or Danny I forgot the name, sorry!), who also helped me in person once I arrived. His customer service was incredible he helped me from start to finish and made the whole process so smooth. Honestly, he deserves a raise, lol!
Showed up and realized that my appointment was at a different place so I cancelled my apt with them and stayed at Eyeglass World and I’m glad I did! They saw me right away and I absolutely love my 2 new pairs of glasses! Excellent service and Dr. Very friendly staff and really helpful. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.
