Hands down the easiest and smoothest customer service experience! I had a cracked windshield which they had repaired when I contacted them about it. Sometime later, my windshield needed to be replaced and they came through with no problems and no questions asked. Customer service is top knotch here! Jackie and Emily really accommodated me when I needed it, and were very patient regarding I having multiple sclerosis. The quote was $100 cheaper than other places. The tech Ian was fast but did an amazing job, and explained the dos and don'ts to me in a way that I can comprehend every word.
