Helena is the only reason I did not bring my business elsewhere. She is incredible. I had another tech my second visit there and she seemed rushed. If I'm paying 25.00 for eyebrows I want them done right and I don't want to feel like a number.
I decided to give EWC a third try and ask for Helena (who was my first tech). She delivered again. She is thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and takes her time. I feel like she actually cares about the clients. I'm certain as a chain, EWC wants a high number of customers to cycle through. Honestly if I could give 10 stars, I would. I don’t remember the name of the lady at the front desk but she was amazing to talk with while I was waiting and also had really good recommendations for aftercare when I was finished. I believe her name was Helena who did the service and again I would rate 10 stars! Excellent service and clear communication when moving from step to step. She was also very nice and professional. I really enjoyed our conversation. HIGHLY RECCOMEND GOING!!!!
I’m a new client to European and I was hesitant at first, but I wanted my own experience to shape my perspective on them. I at random chose Yadira as my wax specialist and the same day I made the commitment for the wax pass. Not only is she professional, but she’s quick, efficient, knowledgeable and definitely makes me feel comfortable. The staff in the front of house are so kind and a true representative of customer service! I’ve enjoyed my time here and will continue to utilize the wax pass for the best savings! Legacy Village on Baseline will always be my go to!
