Dr Lucia Gregorio has been my PCP for over 20 years. A number of health issues have come up during this time and I've always felt comfortable with Dr Gregorio. She stays current on medical advancements and changes in her field, and I am very confident in her competence. I also appreciate that Dr Gregorio listens and explains things clearly. She allows me to be a partner in my own health care, advising without chastising. Another thing I really love is that office staff actually answer the phone at Estrella Internal Medicine and Geriatrics - a rarity these days! Thank you, Dr Gregorio and your awesome team! Wow, people do not appreciate my doctor for the excellent physician she is. So since I was a medical office manager and a professional medical transcriptionist for more years than I care to think about. I know a good physician when I see one. So I am writing this review, as I find it hard to believe some of the negative remarks I have read in reviews of her office. So I want to put some things straight. I am retired. TYG (Thank you God.)
