This is a wonderful company to work with. With my designer, Barb of Christmas Creations we found the perfect tile at the Glendale location. Trevor was great to work with. The tile had to be ordered and we picked it up at the University location. The front desk gentleman was nice and welcoming. Mark who pulled our order and, is exceptional at running a forklift, was the icing on the cake to an all around outstanding customer service experience. Great smile. If you are working with a contractor Emser is an excellent place to choose tile and stone (such as Silestone or Caesarstone). They do not sell directly to the public. Their tile selection is wonderful , much better than Floor and Decor. They have designers who will help you make design decisions. I highly recommend this business.
We had an excellent experience with Mary helping us choose the perfect tile for our color scheme. They had a nice showroom with many choices of different types of tile. Very happy with our choice.
