Charles Daye was wonderful. I had my heart set on Porcelain Tile, but didn't like the options. He suggested, only if I wanted, to take a look at the lament/LVPs. He explained the difference between the two and educated me on the ratings. He put my mind at ease. Charles was professional and kind. Thank you. I can't wait for my new floor!
