As a makeup artist who has worked with many photographers, I was impressed with Leo's ability to express his needs and coach his clients like I've never seen anyone do before. His attention to detail is impeccable. His direction was direct but light-hearted and totally not critical. He was kind and personable - cracking jokes and sharing stories that made it easy to loosen up and have fun.
