I highly recomend Aaron for body work. Im someone who really enjoys deep tissue and breathing through my body work. His skill and knowledge of the body is truly untouchable. I was expecting him to tell me he had been a therapist for 20 years. I was shocked when he said only 5! This is the reason continuing your education and knowledge of your craft is so important, his passion for helping clients feel better truly shines through in his sessions. It really takes a lot to impress me in massage. Thank you Aaron.
Michael is great! He takes the time to listen to my areas of concern and focuses the massage accordingly. He does a fantastic job of applying pressure to loosen the stiffness in my back. Plus, he doesn't try to fill the time with conservation which I really like and appreciate. After all, I can't focus on my breathing and have a conversation :)
I received a massage at the Moon Valley Elements. Allison was my massage therapist. She was very professional and pleasant. She checked with me several times to make sure I was comfortable with the massage. Definitely one of the better massages I have ever received. I have already scheduled another massage with Allison.
