I highly recomend Aaron for body work. Im someone who really enjoys deep tissue and breathing through my body work. His skill and knowledge of the body is truly untouchable. I was expecting him to tell me he had been a therapist for 20 years. I was shocked when he said only 5! Michael is great! He takes the time to listen to my areas of concern and focuses the massage accordingly. He does a fantastic job of applying pressure to loosen the stiffness in my back. Plus, he doesn't try to fill the time with conservation which I really like and appreciate. After all, I can't focus on my breathing and have a conversation :)
I received a massage at the Moon Valley Elements. Allison was my massage therapist. She was very professional and pleasant. She checked with me several times to make sure I was comfortable with the massage. Definitely one of the better massages I have ever received. I have already scheduled another massage with Allison.
