12 year electrician with prior foreman experience here. I can only speak on what i know so i will only say this... I got a job here working as a Journeyman, and the "foreman" named Ruben is a negative control freak. He is focused on everything except performance. I never heard an encouraging word from him over the month i worked with him, and every day (in every single encounter) he would complain about something (unrelated to performance), and it was not just me. I heard similar complaints from multiple other sources. One day he sent a bunch of guys home, for what i can only imagine was nothing, since the day i decided to leave the company he did the same to me.
