from what I can see my automobile would have been out with the new engine within a week if not for the contributing factors that actually caused my vehicle to be there over a month. The extended warranty is good for coverage but very very slow and not recent holidays extended the state even further. everyone at Duff Brown communicates well so that you always know what's going on with your car. and I also witnessed Mike talking to customers and and offering solutions that apparently we're accepted and everyone was happy. it's always nice when you have a staff that's nice to you while your vehicle's being repaired and it doesn't stop there when you come back for any reason...read full review
