Dress for Success Phoenix helps women achieve economic independence by providing professional attire, job readiness, and career training. The organization offers more than just a new outfit, giving clients confidence and the tools they need to define their own success. Clients receive interview outfits and additional attire after they find employment. The staff creates a safe and welcoming environment, making clients feel valued and important. Many women have found employment and regained confidence through their programs. The organization also offers free items like handbags, suits, and hygiene bags, which are especially helpful for women with limited resources. Although some experiences with staff vary, the overall focus remains on empowering women and supporting their journey toward career success.
I met Kimberly on the HOPE team at a career fair and am forever grateful for her support through finding employment and after years of work from home at my previous job, im now going to an office ans I couldnt be more grateful to be able to get some work clothes to start me out on this next chapter of my life! This new location is difficult to find in that shopping mall. Set aside your day. It took me longer then the two hour schedule. They are very short staffed but very friendly and hard work people who actually love help others prepare for the next best thing. Most are in school or have some sense of styling or fashion. Even shared their love for a good brotch. They are excited to help and and literally running around this huge new location. The last location was small but it helped with them being short staffed. I went here several years ago, everyone that helped me was very nice and helpful. I'm plus sized, and I got extremely nice interview clothes that I still use now, for absolutely free! What they're doing is amazing.
