Excellent customer service they were able to help and fix my problem even though I paid through the school and the school couldn’t help me. Very happy and grateful for what they did for me. I highly recommend them and will be a regular customer.

My daughter recently got her photos done at school and they didn’t turn out good due to them being taken late in the day. I emailed Dorian expressing that she was unhappy with her pictures but didn’t want retakes, I just wanted to help make a suggestion going forward. With the way customer service is these days I wasn’t expecting an email back at all. Not only did they email me back but they expressed genuine care and concern & made me feel heard. & they offered to do her retakes for free.
