My technician, Trey Hardimen was punctual, helpful and honest. Unfortunately, the Trane unit is only 2 years old. It was installed by Desert Diamond Mechanical and had a refrigerant leak. I called their office on Sunday and actually spoke with Crystal. She scheduled me for the next morning. Mykal also assisted me with confirming the appointment. Finally, I am the tenant and they treated me as though I am the owner of the home. Desert Diamond Mechanical's Customer Service is exceptional.

Dakota was awesome. Got my mini split sealed up and full of r410a in about 2 hours. He went through and re-flared the lines, vacuumed tested and no leaks. He was professional, on time, (got here 30 mins after calling to make an appointment). I know it takes about 2 weeks for my system to leak all the Freon, so only time will tell. But all his tests showed it was not leaking at all. ?? I’m very pleased. Btw, this was not a normal type job. It was on my ice cream truck and the company didn’t bat an eye about working on a vehicle. Great job Desert Diamond.

Frisco did an excellent job, very through he came out and took his time to check out absolutely everything, we had one other company come to check it out and the other company took maybe an hour to check it out said it needed something completely different than what Frisco had found after spending several hours just to see if he could fix the ac without having to come back to put new parts. Frisco does everything in his power to save you from a costly repair. Honest, hard working guy absolutely trust in his diagnosis. Phenomenal work Frisco you are the man.
