What a suprise of a dental clinic. I was skeptical at first, turned out to be above average. Lots of young people working together to make your dental experience less scary than your mind likes to make it out to be. The doctor explained all that would be done and all that needs to be done. Staff was friendly and helpful. Many THANKS.
I really enjoyed the time at this office. The staff is great, gentle and friendly. The orthodontist is also great, answered all my questions. Where they dropped the ball was the ability to be competitive. I got another quote that was much less expensive with similar reviews and care plan. I appreciated their tenacity to get me to sign with some low pressure sales discounts however even with the discounts another office gave a better rate and had amazing care as well. $120 for a records request is insane. That's only charged to discourage looking for better rates. Cmon guys, be competitive!
Our experience with Dental Depot and the AMAZING staff has been stellar from the first year we have been with them. We have been with this stellar staff for approximately 4 years. There has never been a lack of kindness, thouroughness, or overall customer service. We love Dental Depot and the amazing staff!
