I really enjoyed the time at this office. The staff is great, gentle and friendly. The orthodontist is also great, answered all my questions. Where they dropped the ball was the ability to be competitive. I got another quote that was much less expensive with similar reviews and care plan. I appreciated their tenacity to get me to sign with some low pressure sales discounts however even with the discounts another office gave a better rate and had amazing care as well. $120 for a records request is insane. That's only charged to discourage looking for better rates. Cmon guys, be competitive!
