Yesterday, my AC unit was blowing only hot air, and continuously. I left a message on their website because it was after hours. This morning, just before 7AM, I received a callback from their office. After explaining my situation, they scheduled an appointment about 3 hours from then. Tech Ali arrived at approximately 10 o'clock, assessed the situation, and explained that 2 parts would have to be replaced. Fortunately, both parts were under warrantee which was a savings to me of $1,300. He also suggested installing a surge protector, which was $404 out of pocket for me. One of the parts needed was available, but was at a location about 30 minutes away from my home. Ali kindly made the round trip and installed all 3 parts. By the time he was done, the inside air temperature was 97 degrees and miserable to say the least. By 2PM, I was finally getting cold air (what a relief). Ali was professional, personable, and we had the common ground of having adopted a dog the day before (what are the odds). Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty to get my AC unit operating again on the same day. And for going the extra mile/s to pick up the much needed fan motor. Delta, you have a great tech in Ali. Thank you from a Phoenix client.
Just had my heat serviced by Robert and he was amazing! He took time to explain what was needed, how it works and also made sure everything was to our liking. He was personable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Delta and service technician, Robert, for the service and superior products!🙂
