Hello I been reading everyone's reviews and I have been experiencing the same situation with my 2021 tax i filed back in February so im not sure if they had a glitch in their system and weren't aware of it or they just didn't submit anything I have emailed and left them a vcml today 6/13 I paid 180 for e-file so I hope they email me back this is ridiculous I have been going to them for the past 4 years and never had any issues with them until this year

Just curious have any of you that have had a issue this year, receive their taxes yet . I’m in the same boat as everyone also. I’m not gonna bash Dora and say she didn’t file them cause I did receive my state refund just not federal yet. Only thing is that I do wish her office were open

I have been filing my taxes here for the past three years. I would never go anywhere else. They honestly take very good care of you and they take pride in what they do. Everyone is extremely friendly. Dora and her team are the best!
