Wanted to take a moment and share my gratitude for Leon Huff and CTS. He was not only very personable but knowledgeable towards his profession. He located the issue and provided the needed solution in impeccable timing. Afterwards he shared some solid tips to me on how to increase the flow/direction of the heat etc.Grateful for all the hardworking Arizonians, Leon is high up there!
Last night I had a very pleasant experience with CTS Air Conditioning, specially technician Leon Huff. When no other company was able to accommodate my request for an urgent AC check/tun up, Melinda Lainhart answered my online request and got me in touch with technitian Leon Huff. After contacting me and providing an ETA, Leon was at my place at around 9:30 - 10:00 pm 07/03. Leon is very knowledgeable and a provided an excellent customer experience. Leon reviewed the temperature and venting inside the home, and then reviewed the AC unit. Leon was very upfront and eased my concerns. Thank you Leon. CTS you got my business. Hands down the nicest, most professional and pleasant a/C company I've ever used. They helped us out SO much with repairing a unit that I was told by another company was basically scrap.
