Had Creative Air Conditioning come and diagnose an issue with my AC Unit. The technician was great. Very friendly and talked me through his work. However, I went into my office to take a call. And by the time I spoke with him again he had diagnosed the issue and fixed it. While this sounds great, the fix was super simple. It was a clog in the condensate line that took 30 seconds to assess and fix with a pipe cleaner. However, instead of diagnosing and letting me know what the issue was so I could approve of the fix and the cost. I was instead just charged $99 for the diagnosis (which I agreed to) and $250 for the 30 second pipe cleaner fix (which I had not agreed to). As you can imagine I would have chosen to pay for the diagnostic, which I am grateful for and would have opted to save myself the $250 by fixing it myself. Asking customers to approve work before it's done is a better business practice that will create happier repeat customers.

Todd was great, and JB was exceptional! One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. JB left no stone unturned to help diagnose and fix a tough AC issue to help us beat the AZ heat. He also spent a lot of time giving useful tips, asking questions, and explaining the problem and solution.
