Took my old MacBook Pro in to get a new battery. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. They did have a couple of minor issues getting the battery, supplier delays and mix ups, but that’s to be expected with an old MacBook.
CPR got the battery and it installed pretty quickly. It’s like a new machine now. Really can’t complain about the customer service.
