Sheri Doherty was fantastic. She never missed a beat and kept me informed and updated on my situation. Initially just putting lenses in existing frames - Then they could not do it and while re-routing my existing lenses and frames back to me they got damaged. Sheri went above and beyond to make sure I was fully compensated for my loss. I now have two pairs of glasses from COSTCO that I simply ❤ love. One for reading and one for night driving. I will definitely go back and ask for SHERI .... She is the best !!!!!

I haven't gotten an eye exam in a long time so it's been over due. Just left my appointment at costco and wow! My doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly! She brought some issues to light without making me feel bad for not taking care of my eye health. I'm actually looking forward to going back and getting my glasses which I did notice the frames are so affordable!!! Highly reccomend anyone to go here. Thank you Dr. Lee

I live in Peoria near the Glendale store but go to this Costco as a matter of preference because of many things, including the optical department where I have done business for several years now. Greg has been there since the store opened and is a great guy. One time I asked about new nose pads for my Kirkland sunglasses (very good) and he changed them out on the spot for free.This time I had a problem with new progressive lenses I got from a check up there and again he fixed everything right away, asking how I use the glasses and offered suggestions. I ultimately got re-seen by the doc and they are changing out the glasses for me. Great service and Greg does an outstanding...read full review
