I like the classes and the studio. However, it sucks that when you buy classes that they expire. Thats annoying. I paid for classes I should be able to go to them. If it werent for that rule I would give 5 stars.

They don’t advertise it, but the normal yoga classes, sculpt, etc Are actually hot yoga. It was 110° outside and the sculpt workouts are high intensity, cardio, weights, balance, and exercises And the instructor cranked up the heat to the point to where I had heat exhaustion. It made me sick for the entire rest of the day And I would’ve walked out, but at the beginning of class I was told that I wasn’t allowed to leave the room. If it’s hot yoga, and you’re going to crank the heat, advertise it. I never would’ve signed up.

I have been frequenting this studio for a year now and I love all the classes and instructors, from HPF, C2 to Sculpt. They also have a variety of times to choose from, which really helps during busy work days.
