Always informative, uses quality product and his kindness, service and outstanding leadership always reassures a successful service and always a great visit. I can’t recommend Copper State Pest Management enough! Alex is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable—he always knows exactly how to solve any pest problem. What really stands out is how much he genuinely cares about his customers. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of thoroughly and safely. Since I have children and pets, I’m always concerned about chemicals, but Alex uses pesticides that are less toxic and even made from Chrysanthemum, which gives me so much peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and truly considerate—thank you, Alex!
