From the moment I called, Kat answered the phone (ironic that her name is Kat and its a pest control company) I was treated with respect. Other companies I called all wanted me to wait a few days to come out. Kat heard the worry and concern in my voice and Alex and Eddie were able to come out that same day. Another associated named James came out to do follow up a few follow up inspections. All three of these gentlemen were great to work with and showed respect and courtesy that I have not experienced with other companies. Top Notch! Alex and his amazing team are amazing! Always informative, uses quality product and his kindness, service and outstanding leadership always reassures a successful service and always a great visit. Always taking time out of his day and seeing how the families doing. That’s not service…that’s care, quality care. He’s not the “bug service guy” he’s a friend coming to visit. I can’t recommend Copper State Pest Management enough! Alex is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable—he always knows exactly how to solve any pest problem. What really stands out is how much he genuinely cares about his customers. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of thoroughly and safely. Since I have children and pets, I’m always concerned about chemicals, but Alex uses pesticides that are less toxic and even made from Chrysanthemum, which gives me so much peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and truly considerate—thank you, Alex!
